According to Natasha, a lot of women get stuck in getting their ideas out into the world because of fear: Fear of complicated technology, whether they know enough, fear that everything needs to be perfect or fear of asking for or investing in help. One way to reduce fear is to create a plan and uncover and eliminate the fears before you even start.

When she works with clients on a big project she always starts by identifying the objective and the problem she is solving for and then and create a time-based project plan or road map.

By creating a detailed plan she knows exactly what needs to be done, by who, and when. She can see where there may be problems or barriers and address them before they arise. The roadmap keeps you accountable to action, helps make decision making easier, and reduces stress. All of which saves you time and energy which means you can get your products and services to your customers more quickly, you’ll make money faster, and have more time and energy for family, friends, and yourself.
