Bianca’s bonus wisdom

What is one thing you believe every woman entrepreneur should know?

Just do it. LOL.. like Nike. We spend too much time overthinking everything.

What is your personal story of when you weren’t an expert in this area & what helped you develop your expertise?

College. I didn’t do so well in my heavy tech courses. I even received an F for my Database Programming class. My ego was crushed.

When is a time in your life when you went through a challenge or felt like giving up?

As an entrepreneur, I feel like this every day. But, if I give up I’ll never know if I could have made it.

How did you overcome this?

The idea of not knowing.

What did you learn from it?

Don’t give up.

What is one thing that you wish someone told you that you had to learn the hard way?

Learn your lesson the first time instead of blaming others.

What helps you to juggle your relationships & your business?

My love circle. The people that I have around me who help me to balance work and play.

What is something interesting about you that most people don’t know?

I’m a bit of a contrarian. I really hate group think. I thrive in environments to be myself and express my own thoughts.
